How do I place an order?
Add products to your bag, then send your order to us on WhatsApp or email. We'll confirm availability, delivery and payment with you before anything is charged. You're also welcome to message us directly with what you'd like.
Can I pay on the website?
Not at the moment — no payment is taken on this website. We'll confirm availability, delivery and payment options with you directly.
Some products say "Coming soon". Can I still get them?
We're building the ZÁMERA collection carefully. Tap "Notify me" on any coming-soon product and we'll let you know when it arrives.
Can I ask a question before I buy?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll help you understand a product or compare options.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Delivery in Lusaka. Outside Lusaka? Message us and we'll confirm what's possible for your area.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
It depends on where you are. We deliver in Lusaka with Yango, so the fee depends on where you are — we confirm it with you before you pay.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Contact us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible and we'll help sort it out.

Do you give medical or nutrition advice?
No. ZÁMERA offers product guidance: we can help you understand labels, compare options and find products that fit your general wellness goals. We don't diagnose, treat or prescribe. For questions about your health, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
Are supplements safe during pregnancy or for children?
It depends on the product and your situation. Please speak with your doctor, midwife, clinic or your child's doctor before starting any supplement.
I take medication. Can I take supplements?
Some supplements can interact with medicines. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new, and tell them everything you take — including herbal products and teas.
Where can I find ingredients and directions?
On each product page where available, and always on the product label. If something isn't listed, ask us and we'll share the label information we have.
