Natrol's Fast Dissolve Melatonin provides 10 mg of melatonin in each small strawberry-flavoured tablet, about 11 mm across. The tablet dissolves in the mouth or can be chewed, so no water is needed. Melatonin is a hormone the body makes naturally, and 10 mg is one of the higher strengths sold, so it's worth checking the right amount for you with a pharmacist or doctor. The label describes it for occasional, short-term use by adults. The tablets are vegetarian and formulated without milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans or sesame ingredients. One bottle holds 100 tablets.

One tablet contains: melatonin 10 mg (daily value not established). Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary. Use as directed and do not exceed the suggested use. Store in a cool, dry place.
