Sleep & Restore Gummies

Natrol's Sleep & Restore is a two-gummy bedtime formula for adults. Each serving provides 5 mg of melatonin, 100 mg of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), 100 mg of magnesium as magnesium citrate and glycinate, 10 mg of vitamin B6, and a 25 mg botanical blend of tart cherry, lemon balm and chamomile extracts. The gummies are cherry flavoured with other natural flavours and no artificial flavours, non-GMO, and formulated without the major food allergens. A serving has 30 calories, 4 g of added sugar and 3 g of sugar alcohol. The label describes it for occasional, short-term use. It contains melatonin, so don't take it alongside another melatonin product such as Natrol Fast Dissolve Melatonin.

Two gummies contain: calories 30; total carbohydrate 7 g (3% DV); total sugars 4 g, including 4 g added sugars (8% DV); sugar alcohol 3 g; vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg (588% DV); magnesium (magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate) 100 mg (24% DV); gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 100 mg; botanical blend 25 mg: tart cherry extract (Prunus cerasus) (fruit), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) (aerial parts), chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla) (flower); melatonin 5 mg. Daily value not established for GABA, the botanical blend and melatonin. Other ingredients: maltitol syrup, cane sugar, water, agar; contains 2 percent or less of citric acid, fruit and vegetable juice (colour), locust bean gum, natural flavours, rebaudioside M. Formulated without milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame ingredients.

Adults, take 2 gummies 20–30 minutes before bedtime. Use only as directed and do not exceed the suggested use. Store in a cool, dry place.
