Ritual Essential for Women 18+ is a daily multivitamin for adult women, taken as two vegan capsules together. Each serving provides vitamin D 50 mcg (2,000 IU) from lichen, vitamin E 6.7 mg, folate 1,000 mcg DFE as 6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, vitamin B12 8 mcg as methylcobalamin, iron 8 mg as ferrous bisglycinate, magnesium 30 mg, omega-3 DHA 330 mg from microalgae, boron 0.7 mg and vitamin K2 90 mcg. The nutrients sit in beadlets suspended in oil inside a stomach acid-resistant capsule, and the capsule is mint-essenced. It is USP Verified, Non-GMO Project Verified, vegan, and free from gluten and major allergens. The bottle holds 60 capsules — 30 days at two a day. Other ingredients: beadlets (cellulose, non-GMO corn zein), stomach acid-resistant vegan capsule (hypromellose, gellan gum), silica.
