Sports Research Biotin Max Strength provides 10,000 mcg of biotin (vitamin B7, as d-biotin USP) in a single veggie softgel. The biotin is suspended in organic virgin coconut oil inside a vegan-certified Plantgel capsule made from tapioca starch.
