Focused Mind

Himalaya's Focused Mind combines vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) with a blend of herbal extracts and L-theanine. A two-capsule serving provides 300 mg bacopa root extract, 290 mg ashwagandha root extract in two forms, 100 mg L-theanine, 50 mg gotu kola extract and 10 mg saffron extract. The capsules are vegan and made with non-GMO ingredients. Himalaya is a family-owned company founded in 1930, and this product is made in India. One bottle holds 60 capsules, a one-month supply.

Two capsules contain: vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2 mg (118% DV); vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg (41,667% DV); bacopa extract (root) 300 mg; ashwagandha extract (root) 280 mg; L-theanine 100 mg; gotu kola extract (fruit, organic) 50 mg; ashwagandha supercritical CO2 extract (root) 10 mg; saffron extract (style and stigma) 10 mg. Daily value not established for the extracts and L-theanine. Other ingredients: tapioca starch, vegan capsule (hypromellose).

Adults take 2 capsules once daily.
