Opti-Men Multivitamin

Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men is a multivitamin formulated for active men. A serving of three tablets provides vitamins A (as beta carotene), C, D, E and the B vitamins, alongside minerals including zinc, selenium, magnesium, chromium and iodine, plus a 1 g amino blend of eight amino acids (L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-lysine, L-cystine, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-valine and L-threonine). The formula contains no iron. One bottle holds 150 tablets, or 50 servings.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), silica, magnesium stearate, glycerine, sunflower oil, carnauba wax.

Consume 3 tablets with food. Limit 1 serving per day. The label notes it's intended for use by healthy adults as part of a healthy, balanced diet and exercise programme.
