Women's Multi 50+

Thorne's Women's Multi 50+ is a multivitamin and mineral formula designed for women aged 50 and over. It includes vitamin D3 (50 mcg) and vitamin K2 (as MK-7, 180 mcg), B vitamins in forms such as methylcobalamin and L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, and minerals including calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium. The formula contains no iron. A full serving is six capsules; the label also gives three capsules daily as an option.
